17s V Aldwinians (Lancs trophy final)

What a result for the 17s!

Well done lads and the right reward for all the hard work and dedication put in throughout a tough season.

After last seasons disappointment in the 16s Lancs cup final there was a point to prove and the lads did that with style in what was a physical game and despite the scoreline in the end, one which was nip and tuck at the start but once the Wids started scoring the game got further away for Aldwinians.

Thanks to the organisers and Wigan for hosting, thanks to Aldwinians for the game but huge thanks everyone who came to watch and support the lads.

Am sure it’s a day they’ll never forget however it’s not over yet as we have the League plate to play for next week at Lymm, kick off 1230. See you there!
