“Forsh” as he still affectionately remembered at the Wids, departed these shores a number of years ago, where he subsequently made a career change to become a health and wellness coach.
In the role, he has had the opportunity to work with a number of teams and individual athletes to improve their strength and conditioning in order to get the most out of their sports.
So, when Wids Head coach Lee McDermott discovered that Graham was flying back to the UK for a month long visit, he offered his good friend and ex-playing colleague the opportunity to come in and spend some time working with the squad at training to improve their levels of fitness in readiness for the coming season.
And, the first session went really well with over 30 players in attendance.
In addition, Forshaw will also be offering a free wellness evaluation to players from all teams and other members who want to improve their overall health and wellbeing, with the main aim, of course, being to hit the ground running when the competitive action gets underway in late August/September.
