As such, paralegals are not regulated by statute but Law4All chooses to be bound by the Members’ Code of Practice and Ethics of NALP, the National Association of Licensed Paralegals of which Mr Newton is an Associate Member.

NALP is the longest running self-regulatory body for paralegals in the UK.
