We are very much looking forward to a good afternoon of competitive colts rugby and would like to issue warm welcome to the Halbro Colts League representatives, supporters, officials and players of the participating teams.
For those who have not visited us before our ground is located at Heath Road, Widnes WA8 7NU.
Parking/Admission
Parking is free of charge. Visitors are encouraged to share cars where possible to reduce delays in entry. Our parking Marshalls, who are club volunteers, will direct you to available spaces. Please be respectful of our neighbours and do not park on the street blocking driveways etc. We ask teams travelling on a coach if possible to advise us in advance & to drop players/coaches etc at the club. There will be parking for Team Coaches (buses) at or near to the Club Car park staff will assist with directions from the club.
Admission charges :~
Adult - £6 (Inc' Programme).
U16’s & Concessions - £3.
Under 12's and under FOC.
Family Ticket - £12 (Inc 2 Adults, 2 Concessions and 1 x programme).
Players & 3 coaching staff – free of charge.
Our gates will open at 11.00 o’clock. CASH payment for admission is advised, however we can take card payment.
Please note - Gate receipts pay for the Players Meals, Referee's expenses and help contribute towards the overheads incurred in running a successful Finals Day.
Can all teams please ensure your Parents / Supporters are aware of this and come prepared to Pay...

Teams should plan to arrive and register their Squads at least 1 hour before kick-off.
A pack containing 25 player meal tickets and programmes will be handed to each team manager on arrival.
Changing - Teams will be allocated a changing room on arrival 1 hour before thier kick-off. It is each team's responsibility to take care of their own valuables on the day.
Warm Up - Teams will be allocated a warm up area on arrival, 1 hour before their kick off.
First Aid – Teams should provide their own qualified first aider to attend to player injuries. We will also have trained first aiders on site. In the event of an incident requiring emergency services visitors should inform a member of the Widnes RUFC management team.
Spectators must be outside the playing enclosure behind barriers & back from the touchlines at all times and must never enter the field of play.
Replacements and a maximum of 3 Team Officials should remain within the marked technical areas; other than when bringing on water.
Replacements can only leave the technical area to warm up, or to bring on water and a kicking tee.
• Referees will instruct Coaches to remain within the Technical Area.
Coaches must MUST NOT tramp the touchlines inciting players with verbose coaching instruction.
• Referees will remove verbose Coaches to outside the playing enclosure behind the barrier.

Presentations - weather permitting will take place after each final on the steps adjacent to lounge & main pitch. Teams will be encouraged to swiftly vacate the playing enclosure after each final to allow the next game to commence.
HOSPITALITY
Coffee & snacks will be available from behind the bar (cash or card) & the Kitchen (cash) will be open all day with hot food and drinks from 12.00 o’clock
Our bars accept CASH and CARD and will open at 11.00 o’clock
Visitors are NOT PERMITTED to bring their own Alcoholic Beverages into the ground. Failure to observe this regulation will result in non-admittance or ejection from the ground.
