Chatting with her was a real pleasure, and she looked fantastic dressed in her knitted hat and fingerless gloves - all in official club colours of course!

Seemingly, with her late husband Roy, they produced three sons for the rugby club as befitting a Welsh family.

When asked, Granny did not mind telling me that she was 86 years young, knits multitude of hats, dolls and memento's in Douglas colours, and is an integral part of the club. A one-woman crowd, such is her distinctive voice from the touchline.
