Weather permitting, you can enjoy a 50K trip from the Catalyst Museum to the Ellesmere Port Boat Museum, through Rivacre and Eastham country parks, past Port Sunlight's Lady Lever Art Gallery and the Bebington Oval (scene of the Paris Olympics in "Chariots of Fire"), finishing at Birkenhead (birthplace of Paul O'Grady)before taking the Ferry across the Mersey.
When the boat docks by the Three Graces, we'll cycle to the historic Baltic Fleet, the pub where the Presidential succession was thrashed out many years ago.
Meet at the Catalyst car park entrance, facing the Swan, at 9.30am.
