Widnes RUFC Papa John's Final at Twickenham 11th May 2024

This week's show is a shade longer than usual but bear with it. A hundred years after open age Rugby Union was reintroduced to the town by a World War One hero (who was also a Chemics committee man), Widnes made it to Twickenham. Close season plans are in place for the Wids Centenary....well, at least one event was planned on the RFU car park yesterday. At £7.50 a pint, it was a comparitively sober discussion. I'd like to say that no Guinness was spilt in the making of this video but I'd be lying.
